Refund policy

Incase of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 2 days of delivery with proper 360 degree unpacking video as proof 

- The cost of return / exchange upto INR 100 will be borne by us. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders. For any assistance you can write to us on kapadanaya@gmail.com

- The products should be in unworn condition with all tags & packaging intact. We do hold all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.

- We only accept exchange of product once and within 2 days of delivery of goods 

- We do not guarantee availability of the same product for exchange, it purely depends on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before placing an exchange. 

- Customised orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged

- Customisation can be only done on georgette saree, or handloom chiffon sarees, colour difference are bound to occur in online shopping, it differs on material to material, you are exploring your creativity at your own risk   

- Any or all products on sale are not eligible for an exchange.

- Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

- We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. However Coupon code equal to the total amount paid will be provided which is valid upto 6 months 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

- In case of exchange, returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

- In case of exchange, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Most of our products are handloom or power-loom, some of them are handmade, many of the processes are manually done. Innate irregularities such as weavers-treads, or a dye smudge which may result are characteristic of the process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
